Biography

Leo is the CEO and founder of EdenLab, a new kind of Green Growth consultancy and venture studio. He doens’t just advise on how to win in the Net Zero future, he builds it with you.

Leo is a true blue heavyweight in the business world. He’s the former CEO and Chief Strategy Officer of world-renowned ad agency Grey London, founder of Grey Consulting, speaker, lecturer, writer and start-up adviser to climate tech incubator Carbon13.

“He’s an engaging speaker with the capacity to really inspire. I think we could do with some pep. And Leo takes the sandals out of sustainability.”

He believes businesses can help shape the planet for the better. To do that he says we need to invent – and reinvent – companies for a post-carbon world. He scouts, designs and assembles new business models, products and services that actively create a better future for all of us.

Why now? Leaders are caught between a rock and a hard place at the moment, and, as we’ve seen with Government policy, sustainability risks being relegated down the agenda. Now is the perfect time to be talking about how sustainable business transformation and unlocking new “green” business models is the way to win new customers, drive loyalty and secure long-term sustainable growth.
