Communications Consultant, Media Contributor and Confidence Expert
“Confidence is contagious,” says Natasha. “Lack of confidence can spread through an organisation like a virus, leading to stagnation, paralysis and employees who are demotivated and afraid of change. But self-assured, confident leaders and teams that believe in their collective abilities can transform an organisation and help it to grow.”
Biography
Natasha Fennell is on a mission to make Ireland confident. Whether you’re leading an organisation, selling, presenting, managing people, learning a new skill or parenting, Natasha believes that self-confidence is at the heart of everything. Lack of confidence can hold us back from achieving success in our professional lives. Without it, we cannot take the steps we need to change and grow, either as an individual or as part of an organisation.
Natasha is co-founder of Stillwater Communications where she specialises in communications training and coaching. Through her work, she has noticed how over the past few years a lack of confidence has crept into the Irish psyche, holding many people back from achieving their goals – despite their obvious talent and skill. Demand from clients for a bespoke confidence-building service led her to research and develop a series of talks and workshops on The Art of Confidence.
The Art of Confidence examines topics such as values, fear, courage, skill mastery and the locus of control.
It equips people with a renewed belief in their abilities and helps them to map out their own practical, personalised strategy to improve their self-confidence. This talk can be tailored for a variety of audiences, from business leaders to employees to the general public.
Renowned for her energy and candid approach, Natasha is a contributor to television, radio and print media on confidence and communication topics and has a regular slot on the Marian Finucane Show. She has delivered talks on The Art of Confidence at the IMAGE Networking Breakfasts in Dublin, Galway and Kerry, and at the 2013 Going for Growth Annual Forum.
Recently, Natasha has also co-authored ‘The Daughterhood: the good, the bad and the guilty of mother-daughter relationships’ with Roisin Ingle.
