Now a partner with Monticello, the advisory firm, he is the former CEO of two creative agencies. He has delivered industry-recognised turnarounds in both. He has co-created several award-winning creative campaigns and developed a series of successful culture change programmes.
Nick writes for The Marketing Society and The Huffington Post and is a member of the Superbrands Expert Council.
He sits on the Governing Body of The BRIT School, the Development Committee of Hertford College, Oxford and the Advisory Board of Sotogrande International School.
