Pat built one of Ireland's largest fitness brands between 2012-2017 opening a gym, releasing two best selling training and nutrition books and serving over 20,000 clients through his online training courses. His use of social media attracted the attention of Sheryl Sandberg Facebook COO who shared his personal story live on stage. His ethos stems around 'belief and belonging', bringing a community aspect and an emphasis on 'mindset'.
Recently, Pat Divilly has brought the same ethos to individuals and companies around the world sharing ideas on physical and mental fitness, energy management, resilience and flow. For example, Pat brought together a team of 540 strangers to run Tough Mudder, a 22km obstacle course raising €165,000 for Cystic Fibrosis Ireland. This was the biggest team worldwide ever to take part in a 'mud run'. His recent clients include KPMG, Facebook, Visa, LinkedIn, Lucozade, Musgrave, Canterbury and Cotswold Outdoor.
