“Rik Vera delivered a high energy and entertaining keynote at our senior management forum in Tallinn. He managed to unnerve the group, showing what customer centricity really is about – in a way challenging the very essence of retail banking. He successfully created urgency for our management teams to act on the future, and at the same provided the tools to do it as well as the assurance that it is doable.” Mikael Björknert, Head of Strategic Analysis and M&A, Swedbank
“Rik has been contributing for over 3 years as a keynote speaker on one of the long standing Executive Education programmes run by London Business School for Nestlé. This is a flagship programme for the company, focussed on digital disruption and innovation. Rik has worked with over 10 Cohorts during this period, covering over 200 participants.” Caroline Stearman, Programme Director, London Business School
“I know Rik for a while and I have seen him deeply inspiring audiences from as small as a living room to as large as an auditorium. Customer Experience is a shared passion and Rik constantly gets me out of my comfort zone by exploring yet another horizon. In this fast-evolving domain there is a constant pressure on how to avoid being yesterdays news. Yet, as we deal with humans, the emotional connection and the real contact can never be forgotten. Not for one second. In his keynotes, Rik voices like no other this vulnerable yet exciting balance. He is a true thought leader that thinks practical at the same time. That make his ideas accessible and engaging.” Casper Overbeek, Director of Customer Experience, CitizenM
