How to Lead Resilient, High Performance Teams

His keynote is packed with tools to build surplus time to give your team the emotional support and autonomy they need to operate at their best.

Leaders are shown the mindsets required to transition their team from basic psychological safety to psychological freedom. Equipped with the best collaborative tools, they learn how to make difficult conversations a daily habit, shift from blame to responsibility, and create a culture of masterful appreciation.

The result is a high performance team where people feel energised to do the best work of their lives.

Rock Solid Confidence Under Pressure

Tough market conditions take it out of us physically and mentally. Audiences learn how to restore energy after a gruelling period and rebuild momentum by focusing on optimising their process.

Teams under pressure can lose their composure. Ronan shares the latest insider case studies from sporting giants to show how they reframe pressure and develop an all weather confidence mindset.
When morale is low, this is the pep talk your team needs.

How to Embed a Culture of Sustainable Performance

A new model of sustainable performance is emerging that is a win-win for productivity and wellbeing. It creates space through workplace design and cultural norms for deep focus and renewal.

But there is a major obstacle: How do you get leaders to role model new ways of working so they become the new norm for the whole organisation? They have to let go of old ways of working that have led to their career success.

Ronan shares a new method used by leading companies to overcome old, engrained ways of working. Audiences are introduced to the 3M’s framework: Mindsets, Mechanisms, Modelling. This method allows them to define, embed and scale any desired leadership behaviour, from sustainable working practices to psychological safety.

This is a must see keynote for leaders who want to create a company wide culture of sustainable high performance.

Masterclasses

You may want to go deeper with your audience. Masterclasses can be tailored and developed to suit your audience needs, be it a 90-minute Masterclass, a half-day or full-day workshop or a full online or face-to-face programme. Please contact one of our expert team to discuss.

Creating a Healthy, High Performance Culture

Ronan will introduce leaders to the 10 leadership mindsets, behaviours and skills that are central to modelling a healthy, high performance culture. He will give practical inquiry tools to deepen self awareness and clarity around leadership dilemmas. He will then cover how to create a culture of psychological safety, candour and vulnerability to deepen honesty and trust amongst senior leadership teams.

This masterclass can be followed by a six session learning journey where leaders meet for one hour every two weeks to integrate the frameworks and tools and practice new leadership behaviours.

The presentation is accompanied by a 20 page handout so everyone can have a reminder and step by step practice instructions on their desks back home.

Becoming Resilient: an 8 Step Plan

Ronan will teach a blend of skills to tolerate difficulty, soothe stress, manage difficult thoughts and emotion, and recover the body from intense periods of exertion. He also addresses other causes of overwhelm: how to protect your work agenda, overcoming screen addiction, setting boundaries, designing your life to maintain high well being, reducing your exposure to curve balls, detached problem solving, and cultivating a resilient mindset.

He will also give a primer on the neuroscience of habit formation, which is essential for people to integrate these practices. Each content block has a series of practices which can be done live, depending on the time allocated.
