Business Owner and Irish Independent Health & Fitness columnist Siobhan is passionate about helping women of all ages make positive realistic changes in their eating and fitness regime to improve their health, self-esteem and energy. She specialises in training for weight loss and maintaining fitness through pregnancy.

 

Biography

Puma Brand Ambassador and a regular panelist on TV3 discussing diet and training, Siobhan is one of Ireland’s most popular experts in the areas of wellbeing. Recently Siobhan and her husband Paul collaborated with the Market Butchers to launch their own healthy eating meat range. They also developed a super healthy menu for the Westbury Hotel Dublin.

Siobhan understands people and how feeling and looking good  relates to how well you perform at work, self-confidence, relationships, positive ageing etc.  Since the start of her career she has enjoyed motivating individuals to reach and maintain their goals

Together with her husband Paul Byrne she runs one of the country’s most well known Personal Training Gyms. 

She specialises in training for weight loss and working with women to help them train through pregnancy and build their strength after giving birth.

For the last five years Siobhan writes a weekly column in the Irish Independent’s  Fit Magazine/Health and Living magazine.  She also is a guest writer for publications bought out by the PUMA and VHI, INTO;  Some of her writing has included – 10k Running Plan and articles about to health and nutrition

Siobhan moved into the fitness and health industry over 10 years ago after making a move from the hospitality sector.
